Performance Requirements
- Stage Setup:
- Minimum stage dimensions: 8ft x 8ft (or equivalent).
- Sturdy table or platform for electronic equipment (minimum size: 4ft x 2ft); can be provided by artist — just let us know.
- Sound Requirements:
- PA System: Professional-grade sound system capable of delivering clean and distortion-free audio.
- Speakers: Two main speakers (minimum 500W each) and one stage monitor for accurate sound on stage.
- Inputs:
- 1 DI box for stereo output from DJ controller/laptop.
- 1 vocal microphone on a boom stand (e.g., Shure SM58 or equivalent).
- Monitors:
- One wedge monitor positioned near the electronic equipment.
- Power:
- Minimum of 4 grounded power outlets near the performance area.
- Ensure outlets are compatible with standard U.S. plugs and can handle high-current equipment.
- Lighting:
- Basic stage lighting, including dim red and blue lights for atmosphere.
- Optional: Spotlight for key moments during performance.
Hospitality Requirements
- Green Room (Negotiable):
- A clean, private space for preparation and relaxation before the show.
- Equipped with seating, a table, and a mirror.
- Refreshments:
- 2 bottles of water (room temperature).
- 1 energy drink.
Load-In and Soundcheck:
- Load-In Time: Minimum 2 hours prior to showtime.
- Soundcheck: Minimum 45 minutes prior to doors opening. A sound technician must be available during soundcheck.
Merchandise Setup:
- A small table for merchandise sales near the entrance or performance area.
- Access to a nearby electrical outlet.
Guest Tickets
- megabyteGhost requires 4 guest list spots per performance for friends, family, or industry contacts. A complete list of guest names will be provided to the venue as soon as possible.
Complimentary Drinks
- megabyteGhost requests 2 complimentary drinks during the event. These can be provided either as a tab at the bar or as drink vouchers. Non-alcoholic options are appreciated for flexibility.
Additional Notes:
- The venue must ensure that all provided equipment is in working condition.
